League Two club Fleetwood Town have been drawn to play either Everton or Newcastle United at Highbury in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.
Quarter-Final Pairings and Path
As the lowest-ranked team remaining in the tournament, Fleetwood secured a historic place in the last eight after defeating Premier League champions Arsenal on penalties. The team must await the conclusion of the fourth round to learn their specific opponent, as Everton are set to host Newcastle United in the final fourth-round fixture.
Holders Manchester City will welcome Bradford City, the only other team outside the Premier League, to the Etihad Stadium. Manchester City advanced to this stage after overcoming Brighton via a penalty shootout in the previous round.
The remaining two ties feature all-Premier League matchups. Liverpool, who also progressed past Chelsea following penalties, will play at home against Bournemouth. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are scheduled to host Sunderland at Selhurst Park.
The quarter-final ties are scheduled to be played during the week commencing 14 December.
