Camara Prepares for F1 Debut Ahead of Sao Paulo Grand Prix

Ferrari-backed driver Rafael Camara is preparing for his Formula 1 debut with Haas at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, acknowledging that there is much to learn ahead of his first race weekend. His prior racing experience will provide some assistance as he steps into the team alongside fellow Ferrari Academy driver Ollie Bearman.

Bearman Eyes Finish Line in Sao Paulo

Bearman enters the weekend looking to bounce back from consecutive frustrations after suffering back-to-back retirements in the United States and Mexico. The British driver is eager to maximize the potential of the Haas car at a venue that holds familiar history for him.

Reflecting on his recent outings, Bearman told Latest F1 News that the current triple header has not been kind to him, noting strong pace that has yet to translate into a checkered flag. He expressed determination to end that streak at the Sao Paulo venue, praising the track’s rich history and passionate fans.

Having previously substituted for Kevin Magnussen at the same circuit in 2024, Bearman noted that he understands what Camara will be experiencing during his maiden weekend. He added that the primary objective for the duo is to collaborate effectively and secure valuable points for the team as the season enters its final stretch.
