San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa and his girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, embraced a nostalgic cartoon theme for Halloween this year. Ailiff shared videos on TikTok showing the couple dressed up as characters from the Nickelodeon animated series “Fairly OddParents.”
“Fairly OddParents” Costumes for Team Party
Bosa and Ailiff wore outfits depicting the superhero Crimson Chin and his sidekick, Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder. Ailiff initially posted a video on TikTok on Monday night featuring her Cleft outfit, adding the caption, “You either get me or you don’t,” alongside an image of the main character Timmy Turner in costume. She later shared a video of both of them dressed up on Tuesday morning.
The couple wore the outfits to attend the 49ers’ annual Halloween party on Monday night. The event came as San Francisco entered its bye week following its first loss of the season against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
Fan Reactions and Injury Timeline
The social media posts drew numerous comments from fans, including several asking Ailiff about Bosa’s recovery. One user, @Pizzzzatime, commented on the post, “can you tell Bosa to pls play football again? we miss him. thank you pretty please!”
Bosa has been out of action since Sept. 25 due to a calf injury. He has faced multiple injury setbacks over the past two seasons, including an ACL tear suffered against the Arizona Cardinals last year that limited him to just three appearances.
The team received positive news regarding Bosa’s recovery on Tuesday morning. Speaking on KNBR, 49ers general manager John Lynch indicated that the former NFL Defensive Player of the Year could return following the bye week when San Francisco faces the Las Vegas Raiders on Nov. 8.
Despite Bosa’s absence, the 49ers hold a 6-1 record on the season. The team further reinforced its defensive line on Tuesday morning by acquiring DeForest Buckner in a trade with the Indianapolis Colts.
