The Ultimate Fighting Championship heads to the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, for UFC Halloween (UFC Vegas 123), headlined by a lightweight clash between top contender Renato Moicano and rising prospect Tom Nolan. The Paramount+-streamed event also features a welterweight co-main event matching Randy Brown against Jacobe Smith.
Event Schedule and Viewing Details
The event takes place on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Prelims are scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. ET on Paramount+, with the main card following at 8 p.m. ET.
Main Event Breakdown
Renato Moicano enters the matchup with three fights remaining on his current contract, while already contemplating free agency. At 37 years old, he holds a 1-2 record in his last three appearances following a four-fight win streak between 2022 and 2024. Across the cage, Australia’s Tom Nolan rebounded from an initial promotional loss to win five straight, including two first-round finishes. Currently ranked No. 12, Nolan aims to leverage the No. 8-ranked Moicano’s veteran status to climb the division, relying primarily on his striking against Moicano’s grappling background.
Card Changes and New Additions
Several adjustments altered the original lineup due to injuries. Randy Brown was initially paired with Carlos Leal before Leal withdrew with an undisclosed injury and was replaced by Jacobe Smith. A featherweight bout between Francis Marshall and Gaston Bolanos was scrapped after Bolanos suffered an eye injury, leading to his replacement by Dakota Hope. Additionally, a flyweight matchup between Cody Durden and Ode’ Osbourne was pushed from UFC 329, while a middleweight bout featuring Azamat Bekoev and Andre Petroski was cancelled following a medical emergency for Bekoev.
The card also features promotional debuts. Undefeated Lucia Szabova brings a 10-0 record with seven finishes into her debut against Tainara Lisboa, who has dropped her last two bouts after winning her first two. Meanwhile, Joe Kropschot joins the roster after a Contender Series victory, bringing a 9-0 record with all wins via stoppage to his matchup against Nick Klein.
