Manchester United have set their sights on Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez, as clubs across Europe prepare for upcoming transfer windows.
Transfer Targets and Club Interest
Manchester United are interested in 23-year-old Spain midfielder Fermin Lopez as the Red Devils look to bolster their attack in January. At the same time, Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez is set to leave the club at the end of the season, with Barcelona and Atletico Madrid keen on the 28-year-old Argentina international. Furthermore, Manchester United’s interest is growing in Fulham’s 26-year-old Nigeria defender Calvin Bassey, and the club will target a new left-back and striker in the January transfer window.
Arsenal have no concerns about paying a big fee for Club Brugge’s £42m-rated German striker Nicolo Tresoldi, with the 22-year-old’s value set to increase next summer. A number of Premier League sides are monitoring 26-year-old Minnesota United forward Kelvin Yeboah, with Everton leading the race for the Ghanaian.
International and European Moves
Barcelona could move for Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni in January after missing out on the 27-year-old Italy international this summer. Leeds are interested in Maccabi Tel Aviv’s 24-year-old Malian midfielder Issouf Sissokho.
Crystal Palace will face strong competition from Italian clubs for the signature of Lecce’s 21-year-old Portuguese defender Tiago Gabriel. Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest’s 23-year-old English winger Omari Hutchinson, who is on loan at AC Milan, will return to the City Ground next summer with the Serie A club set to target Real Madrid’s 20-year-old Brazil forward Endrick instead.
