Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is set to return to the starting lineup against the Buffalo Bills this Sunday after missing the team’s previous three games due to a high ankle sprain.
Preparing for a Top-Form Opponent
Buffalo head coach Joe Brady stated during his Friday press conference that he does not expect to see a restricted version of the two-time MVP quarterback. “I’m sure he’s good to go,” Brady said, as reported by Terrin Waack of The Buffalo News. “No one is perfectly healthy at this time in the NFL. We know we’re going to get the best version of Lamar Jackson, and it’s going to make for good football.”
Jackson’s Record Against Buffalo and Current Stats
Throughout his career, Jackson has faced the Bills five times in the regular season, holding a 3-2 record in those matchups. In those previous games, he completed 67 percent of his passes for 678 yards, throwing eight touchdowns and three interceptions while also recording 41 rushing attempts for 276 yards and two touchdowns.
During four appearances this season, Jackson has completed 70.8 percent of his passing attempts for 967 yards, accumulating six touchdowns and one interception.
