  4. Khalil Mack Back to the Chicago Bears

As the NFL trade deadline approaches on Nov. 10, the trading season is heating up across the league following recent deals involving teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans, and New York Giants. Yahoo Sports analysts Frank Schwab, Jay Busbee, Jori Epstein, and Eric Edholm weighed in with the specific player deals they want to see happen in the coming days.

Jonathan Taylor to the Seattle Seahawks

Frank Schwab stated that the Indianapolis Colts are struggling and lack their 2027 first-round pick due to the Sauce Gardner trade, meaning they could use Jonathan Taylor to recoup draft capital. Schwab explained that after trading for Quenton Nelson, the Seattle Seahawks should push chips in for Taylor to boost an offense that needs another star, giving a massive lift to a Super Bowl contender while rescuing Taylor from a struggling Colts squad.

Saquon Barkley to the Minnesota Vikings

Jay Busbee noted that contenders often scour struggling teams’ rosters around this time of year, making players like Saquon Barkley enticing targets for instant ground offense despite coming off an injury. Busbee suggested that the Minnesota Vikings, who hold four draft picks in the first three rounds for 2027, would look formidable with Barkley backing up their Super Bowl-caliber defense.

Jauan Jennings Back to the San Francisco 49ers

Jori Epstein pointed out that Jauan Jennings has averaged just 1.6 targets per game in Minnesota compared to six targets a year ago with the San Francisco 49ers, failing to provide full value on his one-year deal. Epstein proposed that Minnesota should contact the 49ers—who recently reunited with DeForest Buckner—to send Jennings back in exchange for a Day 3 pick and salary cap space to help spark their 29th-ranked offense. Epstein added that San Francisco needs insurance at wide receiver due to recurring injuries to rookies and veterans, making a reunion beneficial despite the Vikings’ 6-0 record.

Khalil Mack Back to the Chicago Bears

Eric Edholm proposed another reunion, suggesting a deal that would bring Khalil Mack back to the Chicago Bears. Edholm noted that Chicago’s pass rush needs a boost, and a 2027 fourth- or fifth-round pick could complete a deal given Mack’s age of 35 and his expiring contract.
